Coaching
How coaching works here: from signup to week 12

Here's the whole process, so there are no surprises.
Day 1: onboarding (about 3 minutes)
You sign in with your email — no password, just a 6-digit code. Then you answer a short set of questions: the basics, your goal, a rough picture of your day, how you eat, and any health conditions. Most are taps, not typing. You agree to the terms and waiver, pick a program length and, if you've already paid, attach the payment screenshot.
Your numbers, straight away
From your answers the app estimates your calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre, water and a step target, plus a rough timeline. If anything on your intake needs a second look — a medical condition, medication, a very low BMI — your coach reviews the plan first and you'll see a note saying so.
Week 1: the rest of the picture
Instead of one giant form, the rest of what your coach needs arrives as one short question a day: sleep, stress, energy, digestion and so on. You also photograph the nutrition labels of the milk, oil and other staples you use, and snap your meals for three days so your coach sees what you actually eat.
Every day
- Log a morning weight (3–4 a week is plenty).
- Snap your meals.
- Log steps, sleep and water — a few taps.
Every week: the check-in
About a minute: your weekly average weight is calculated for you, you add your waist, tap yes / partly / no on diet, workout, water and steps, and add a note if you want. Your coach reads it, replies, and adjusts the plan if the data says to. There is one scheduled call a week on your check-in day.
Reaching your coach
Message first. Replies usually arrive within 4–36 hours. If something is urgent and you haven't heard back, you can call.
Pausing
Plans aren't paused for holidays or busy periods — your coach stays in touch and gives you guidelines for travelling. If there's a genuine emergency on either side, the plan is paused accordingly.
